K Man Turns 5!

On May 2nd the K Man turned five years old! We are living in transition right now so I wanted to keep the party fairly simple. There is a fun Fire Station Museum that is small but has fun things for kids. It is also free and allows you to bring in your own food and eat on the observation floor. So, I gathered some of his favorite friends together and we played at the museum. Then we enjoyed some Japanese power ranger themed cupcakes and a play at a local park. It was a lot of fun, super easy and stress free. I loved seeing him interact with his buddies. He really is quite the people person and is very funny. He is growing up to be such a fun little boy and is all boy. He loves to run, play outside, tackle, and wrestle. And yet he has a soft side to him and can be quite tender. He loves everything trains and cars and is fascinated by shinkansen bullet trains. He claims he wants to be a taxi driver in Tokyo when he grows up. He often gives into his big sister just so she will play with him. They are the best of friends and the worst of enemies. :) But for the most part they play quite nicely together. He loves his baby brother, almost too much, and likes to make him laugh. However, the K Man does not always like to share his trains with the J Man. K Man, we love you buddy. You are a big boy (21.2 kg and 103.6 cm tall) and you are going places. We could not be more proud of you and cannot wait to see what God has in store for you.
