Ueno - Natural Science and History Museum

Yesterday the kids and I enjoyed a day at the Natural Science and History Museum in Ueno Park. They have recently renovated the museum with a new kids area that I had been wanting to try for quite some time. It was not too crowded at the museum and we were able to get into the play area from 1-1:45. We had a great time looking at animals, dinosaurs, and exhibits about space. The K Man enjoyed playing all of the computer games at each station and watching videos of the animals. He especially liked seeing the cheetah devour a zebra in wildlife. J enjoyed crawling around in the kids area and being set free from the baby carrier. M liked the space area the best as she is studying our solar system in our homeschool this year. I was proud of the kids for not complaining as it was very cold and windy and the museum is quite a walk from the station. After playing we enjoyed an ice cream before heading home.
