The Singapore Zoo

I have seen a lot of zoos in my short lifetime, including the San Diego Zoo. However, the Singapore Zoo tops them all. The grounds were beautiful, they had tons of animals, and it was fairly easy to get around. They have a night safari where the wild animals come out and roam around, but we did not make it to that. Next time. They also have a huge kids area where you can feed farm animals, ride a pony, ride a merry-go-round, and of course get wet in the large splash park. Miyako was a bit intimidated by it because it was so large. If I had known, I would have brought my swim suit and gotten in with her. Next time. She got scared of the large bucket that dumped a massive amount of water out into the pool every ten minutes or so. It sounded like thunder. We did get a bit of rain while at the zoo, but we toured it in about 4 hours and enjoyed some Ben and Jerry's ice cream during the kids show. Miyako loved watching the woof woof jumping through the hoops.

There is a KFC behind Miyako in one of these pictures. It just cracks me up to see Colonel Sanders behind her!!!!
